The following privacy policy will outline how and why "PH Direct Link", hereinafter termed ‘we/us’ will collect and use your data.

Where we have engaged a third party to enable us to fulfill our contractual obligations to you those third parties are subject to their own Regulatory rules and Privacy Policy.

  • If you contact us by telephone or in writing or by email we may keep a copy of your correspondence or communication or add a 23/05/18 note to your file, or our diary to record the content of any such Communication

  • Details of your visits to our website are not available to third parties and are subject to contract between us and our website provider. Our website does not use cookies and collects only such information as you have opted to provide.

  • We will not use your personal data for marketing purposes

  • We may need to access your personal data to comply with our Regulatory Authority Compliance Code, any information about you that is relevant to an issue between you and us that involves our Insurers, HMRC or other Government Department or Local Authority enquiry or legally enforceable request about you.

  • We may need to access your personal data to comply with Money Laundering legislation

  • We will need to access your personal data if you ask us to review,       revise, amend or otherwise discuss the work we have completed for you.

  • We will ensure that the information collected will only be used forits intended purpose and does not constitute an invasion of your
    privacy.

    How will we process the personal data we collect about you?

  • Processing data constitutes and includes the collection, storage and use of that data for our legitimate purposes. We will process your data in accordance with the GDPR. We will do our utmost to keep your information secure, accurate and up to date sufficient to discharge our contractual obligations to you.

  • We may from time to time issue reminders to all clients who are data subjects to update their contact details but we do not accept any obligation to do so once our contractual obligations to you are discharged to your satisfaction or we have written to you ending our duty of care.

  • We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our products and services and to maintain records to satisfy tax and other legal requirements
